My husband and I worked with Maria Sisul and I could not be more greatful. Every home we looked at she was very upfront and honest with any issues the home had or could potentially have in the future. She pointed out any and all flaws so we were aware and to ensure we had full knowledge on what we would be purchasing. When we found the house we bought on the website we wanted to look at it immediately because we knew it would sell fast. She took the time on her day off to show us the house. We put in an offer that night. During the writing of the offer letter Maria walked us through every step and explained every document we signed. During the closing process she answered every question I had and if she didn't have it she would find the answer for me or direct me who could provide it for me. After closing Maria has followed up on how everything has been going and has provided additional information to me as needed. Although buying a house is extremely stressful, Maria did everything possible to relieve any stress she could from us and took care of it so we didn't have to. I would highly recommend Maria and Ruhl&Ruhl to any and everyone as I had the best experience in buying my first home.
